Fillers & Greens Care Guide
When your box arrives, it is important to get your blooms in water as soon as possible. Remove the flowers from box and remove any protective covering used during shipment. Have the clean container with fresh cool water ready.
With sharp scissors or a knife, cut the stems at an angle about 1 inch from the bottom. This will re-open the channels within the stem and allow the flowers to absorb water. Remove any foliage on the stems that may touch the water in the vase. Leaves can create bacteria, and should never touch the water.
Place your flowers in the prepared vase(s) and allow the flowers about 3 to 4 hours to re-hydrate. Check water levels to ensure there is sufficient water for the thirsty flowers. To prolong the longevity of your greenery re-cut the stems and refresh the water every 2 days.
