Perfect for any event or even a casual date, this birdcage centerpiece was affordable, fun and easy to make. Add some color and romance to your table with this dreamy project!

Items you will need:
  • Farm Fresh Flowers (we used a colorful mix of carnations and pompom buttons)
  • Rope
  • Scissors
  • Floral Foam
  • Birdcage (Found at Michaels - $5)

First, we selected the flowers we wanted to use for our centerpiece and put them aside.
We poked holes in our floral foam to ease the process of the flower going in and to prevent the stem from breaking. We also found it best to work with the foam inside the birdcage rather than creating your design and placing it in after.  This process is completely your own opinion and design preference.
Once we completed our design, we attached it with thick hemp rope and hung it under a tree for a lovely dinner date. This centerpiece could be recreated in so many ways and used for various events. Take your creativity to a whole other level with this simple DIY!
