I had a terrible experience with Bloomingmore. My flower order did not arrive on time, which completely threw off my wedding plans. To make matters worse, one of the types of flowers I ordered didn't even arrive until AFTER my wedding - and when they finally showed up, they were dead. This was such a disappointment and added unnecessary stress to what should have been a special day. I would not recommend using Bloomingmore for any important event.

We completely understand how critical timely delivery is—especially for a wedding—and regret that your order did not arrive as scheduled. After notifying you of the one day weather delay, a 10% discount was provided for the inconvenience. However, we agree that the late arrival and poor condition of one of the items is unacceptable. As such, we are issuing a full refund for the item that arrived after your event and we are actively reviewing what went wrong with that item to help prevent similar issues in the future.
