When your box arrives, it is important to get your blooms in water as soon as possible. Upon arrival of your blooms please remove the protective covering placed on the bloom for shipping. Have the clean container with fresh cool water ready. With sharp scissors or a knife, cut the stems at an angle about 1 inch from the bottom.
Remove any foliage on the stems that may touch the water in the vase.
Place your flowers in the vase(s) and allow the flowers about 3 to 4 hours to re-hydrate. Re-cut stems and refill the vase with fresh cool water every 2-3 days.
