Flower Care and Conditioning:
Before your flowers ship, they are prepared for their journey with proper hydration methods. If your flowers appear sleepy and thirsty this is normal. Just follow these simple steps for proper re-hydration:
- Unpack your flowers immediately upon arrival.
- Fill a clean container/vase with fresh cool water.
- Using a sharp knife or scissors, make a 45° angel cut ½ inch off the end of the stems.
- Place the flowers in the prepared container
- Allow your flowers to properly hydrate for 1-2 hours.
- Arrange flowers as desired
- Do not place flowers in direct sunlight or near fruits and vegetables.
- Exposing flowers to a warmer environment will help the flower bloom, storing them in a cooler area will slow down the blooming process
- Change water and re-cut stems every 3 days.
- Remove any foliage that falls below the waterline of your container. Leaves will rot and cause bacteria to form and shorten the flower’s life.
Roses are packed in LAYERS within each bunch. The second layer of roses is not visible from the top of the bunch. To confirm the number of roses in each bunch, flip them over and count the number of stems. Keep the corrugated wrap (carton sleeve) on each bunch for the first 4 hours in order to rehydrate properly, this prevents the rose heads from drooping. Roses will be shipped with GUARD PETALS for extra protection. These petals may appear brownish and will need to be carefully removed after hydration. Removing the GUARD PETALS is up to the design. You may need to remove a couple of layers in order to reach the desired color.
Due to differences in monitor resolution, color intensity may vary from actual items. Slight shade variations from actual picture may occur, as these products are natural.

Cancellations must be received 7 business before your delivery date. Refunds will not be given for cancellations less than the above-mentioned timeframe or if the product has already shipped. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the product, please notify us upon receipt to assist in resolving your concerns. Depending on the product issue, we will provide a possible replacement or refund for defective products. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any reason on floral products as they are perishable.
Due to the nature of certain specialty items, time constraints may affect any possible replacement. These are special order items and take time to process; therefore 24-hour replacement may not be available
Requests for replacements and pictures must be received prior to 2:00 pm EST in order to process a possible replacement that same day. Digital images will be required for any replacement or refund and must be received within 48 hours after receiving the product.
Refunds will not be given for circumstances resulting from negligence, weather, holiday schedules, an incorrect delivery date chosen, or incorrect address provided.
Signature is required for all floral products. Someone must be available to sign for the boxes or contact the carrier directly for any changes in delivery. Please note that any change may affect or delay your delivery.
