Warm Wilted Flowers

As a designer and wedding producer, someone had recommended your firm. The order was received on time; however, just in a cardboard box, no coolant or moisture within the box. Flower were warm, wilted, and had broken stems. Photos were sent to customer service at Bloomingmore. Please issue a refund.
